Education, coffee & adventure

Hi, I’m Avery.

I’m curious about how things work. This is where I share the coffee, creative projects and adventures I’m working on.

On my workbench

Things I’m making.

Research · In development

A planned blind tasting of the same coffee roasted five ways. No results yet.

Photography & film

Character portraits, adventures and commissioned artwork, with credits alongside each image.

Merch · In development

I’m working on merch ideas. No drops have launched and nothing is available to buy yet.

Part of who I am

The shepherd with the teal nose and plenty of coffee questions.

A Dalmatian with a taste for vinyl, nightlife and café conversation.

The coffee company I founded

Coffee is a big part of my story. I founded Sacred Beans, an independent company with its own coffees, café and shop.
